The Toddler room is bright and airy with a sleep/rest/story corner as well as space for activities to be challenging, enjoyable and fun! The children have a wide variety of age appropriate toys to learn and explore with. Daily activities such as arts, crafts, painting, playdough or cookery are planned and implemented each day.

The children have toilet facilities to promote independence and a changing station for those younger toddlers still wearing nappies. Members of staff will work with parents who are potty training children and continue the routine while they are in daycare.

There is a separate kitchen area for preparation of snacks and lunch is made by our resident cook in the main kitchen and brought up to the room for the children.

The children are given access to outside play each day, in all weathers, using the covered outside soft surface play area.

Parents are given verbal information each day  on what their child has been doing that day, they are informed about what they ate etc. Parents can request written information if they wish.
